Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AHTA. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations received by August 19, 2025. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations received after August 19, 2025. Substitute attendees will be permitted. No refunds can be made by AHTA for any other expenses related to attending the conference.
