Attendees should not register for both the pre-tours and workshop as they are scheduled concurrently.

Note: You can sign up for the pre-tours during your conference registration, and can update your registration to include a pre-tour if you did not initially sign up for one.

If desired, you may choose to be invoiced upon completion of the registration form. However, please note that your registration is not considered complete until full payment is received. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or check (payable to AHTA). 

General Information

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before September 7 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. There are no refunds after September 7.

Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. Please print the confirmation for your records. A second email will contain your session itinerary. Please refer to this itinerary when entering sessions onsite.

Dietary Requirements
AHTA strives to address all reasonable dietary requirements of our conference attendees. Please indicate any special dietary needs during online registration.

Special Services
If you have a legal disability or require special accommodations please indicate your needs during online registration. Please describe your needs in detail. Please indicate any mobility concerns on your registration form or call the AHTA office at 206-209-5296 with your needs. AHTA must receive your request by September 7, 2018.
